Project 4 Fin!

November 11th, 2008
I've successfully avoided Project 4 for a month now. With all that's been going on in my personal life, it's been interesting trying to fit in all the prior obligations. I've had to ask for a few extensions, and everyone's been so understanding. It's really great to feel the human heart shine through even in the working world. So, thanks to all of you who've been flexible with me the past month or so. I really appreciate your understanding.

So, Project 4 really didn't have all that much left to it. I had to work about 6 rows on each front to get to the shoulder shaping, then sew the sleeves in. Once it was all sewn up I began working on a small accessory piece that is essential for this design. To be honest, this accessory was my reason for not continuing with the knitting of this sweater. It seemed like it would take forever and would be tedious. But I was REALLY pleasantly surprised. It only took me 2 evenings. Phew, what a relief. All that worry over 2 evenings.

Now to get the pattern finished!
